We live on a quiet street, a cul de sac. Just eight houses, fronting a little hill. Most of the homes here are bare and cemented. Electric gates stand guard against trespassers. Then there is our house. So different from the barren rest.

The thing that most saddens me is our society dont seem to appreciate trees, plants, animals etc. Having a tree in front of the house is like "semak" to them. Nature is considered a nuisance. At least here, squirrels, birds and butterflies come and visit me every morning.
So, yes, you are right. "Life happens here".
